Heart and Hand For The Handicapped is an agency in the USA working to provide support and assistance to ‘differently able’ or handicapped children. HHH funds institutions for less able children and has also coordinated special projects like “Vision Screening and Treatment Program” for 20,000 elementary school children in India and “Project Polio” providing corrective surgery and physiotherapy to more than 1,000 children in India who are now able to attend school.
